You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. The platform may not be used from countries where online gaming is legally prohibited. We may request identification documents or other records for age verification at any time, and we reserve the right to restrict an account until verification is completed.
Each user may create only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential and not share them with any third party. All information provided in your account must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date; providing false information will result in account termination. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.

All transactions are considered final and irreversible, though we reserve the right to review cases involving technical errors. Standard processing times apply to withdrawals, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned after verification is completed; however, balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to a terms violation. Requests to reopen an account while self-exclusion is active will not be accepted before the designated period has ended. Relevant provisions of these terms will remain in effect even after account closure.
